Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Location: Sioux City, IA

Specialty: Labor and Delivery

Position Type: Travel

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $2277 - $2744 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional nursing care to laboring mothers and their newborns.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
Floating to Post-Partum units as required, up to 1-2 shifts per week.
Documenting patient information using the EPIC EMR system.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
Current Iowa RN license.
Certification in BLS and ACLS from AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross.
Fetal monitoring certification from the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN).
Certification from the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
Experience in high-risk and high-acuity situations in a busy delivery center (e.g., 100+ deliveries/month).
Willingness to float to Post-Partum units as needed.
