Their programs include a day treatment program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and general outpatient program. They also provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ambulatory detox, and case management services. Leora helps clients receive the support and treatment they need.**Responsibilities:*** Provide high-quality **PHP, IOP, and OP treatment** to clients navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.* Deliver **individual, group, and family therapy** using evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to each client’s needs.* Collaborate with clients and their support systems to **develop and implement personalized treatment plans**.* Work closely within a **multidisciplinary team** to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.**Qualifications:*** License/Education/Certification: LSW (BSW, MSW), LPC, LISW, or LPCC* 2 years previous experience in a Mental Health setting. (Preferred)* At least 1 year previous experience in group counseling. (Preferred)* Experience working with severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders.
