Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Engage with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for each patient.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic practices that promote continuous recovery at home.
• Monitor Progress and Documentation: Keep track of clinical outcomes and refine treatment as necessary to ensure effective care pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program.
• Encouragement for continued education and certifications to enhance your professional journey.

Required Certifications

• Current active OTR/L license.
• NBCOT certification mandated.
