What You'll Do

• Carry out routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests in various areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for subsequent analysis as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new staff or trainees, and contribute to maintaining laboratory quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, in addition to preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain up-to-date certification throughout your tenure with us.
