Job Description
Job Title: Senior Project Manager PeopleSoft PUM and OCI Migration
Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid / Day 1 Onsite)
Relocation: Near-by states only
Interview: Video
Experience: 15 years required (not less than 15)
Duration: 12 Months
Visa: Recommended H1B, H4EAD, USC || Secondary focus - GCEAD, GC
Mandates: One State project required
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of IT/ERP Project Management experience
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft project delivery experience
- Multiple PeopleSoft PUM / PeopleTools upgrade projects
- Hands-on project leadership for PeopleSoft OCI migrations
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Architecture, PeopleTools, PUM, Lifecycle Management & Change Assistant
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, ELM, Pensions, or similar modules
- Knowledge of Oracle Database, WebLogic & Integration Broker
- Experience managing $5M+ enterprise projects
- Strong executive stakeholder & steering committee experience
- Strong vendor management experience, preferably with Oracle Consulting / major system integrators
- Experience with risk, budget, resource, governance & change management
- Agile/Hybrid delivery experience
Preferred
- PMP Certification
- OCI Certification
- Agile/Scrum Certification
- Public-sector, higher education, healthcare, or large enterprise experience
- Cloud security, Disaster Recovery & High Availability experience
- Procurement, contract & vendor governance experience
