You’ll support branch success by coaching tellers, enhancing customer relationships, and promoting financial solutions. This role offers the opportunity to build leadership skills and contribute to the overall success of the branch. Address: 2200 Crest View Dr, Hudson, WI 54016**Key Accountabilities*** Lead and supervise teller staff to ensure efficient, customer-focused service.* Perform and oversee customer banking transactions while resolving service inquiries.* Coach and motivate tellers to identify customer needs and refer appropriate financial solutions.* Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.* Conduct regular cash counts and maintain operational accuracy of teller drawers and cash vault.* Train, develop, and mentor team members on operational and service standards.* Partner with the Branch Manager to maintain branch operational integrity and assist in their absence.* Promote digital banking tools and customer channels to enhance the customer experience.**Education & Experience****Required:*** High school diploma or equivalent.* 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or banking environment.**Preferred:*** Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a financial or retail setting.* Experience with cash handling and sales referral processes.**Why You’ll Love Working Here**At Associated Bank, you’ll join a team that values growth, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
