Global Account Manager

Currently we are seeking a high-impact, relationship-driven Global Account Manager to lead some of our most strategic partnerships within our consumer packaging group to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Asheboro, NC. As a Global Account Manager, you’ll be the voice of our customers and the strategic link between their goals and our global capabilities. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional efforts, drive profitable growth, and ensure flawless program execution, all while building long-term trust with senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Own customer relationships across multiple sites and regions. Lead account strategy, performance reviews, and executive communication. Drive business development and growth through innovative solutions and proactive problem solving. Lead cross-functional quoting, pricing, and negotiation efforts. Work with manufacturing, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Travel regularly to customers and Technimark production facilities. Experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus). 5+ years of success in global account management, ideally within either injection molding, contract manufacturing, or other complex manufacturing environments. Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience managing multimillion-dollar accounts and delivering growth across global supply chains. Solid experience with CRM (Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and data-driven decision making. A passion for customer success, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
