Job Description Sous Chef Must be Bilingual We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help lead daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. This role supports the Executive Chef with food quality, prep, line execution, staff supervision, ordering, inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, organized, and able to lead by example during busy service periods. Responsibilities include: Assist with daily kitchen operations Supervise prep and line cooks Maintain food quality and consistency Help manage ordering, inventory, and food cost Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards Train and coach kitchen staff Support scheduling and labor control Step in wherever needed during service Requirements: Previous Sous Chef or strong lead cook experience High-volume restaurant experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation Reliable, professional, and team-focused Compensation: #J-18808-Ljbffr
