Salary and Incentives Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 This role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
