We provide one-on-one training with our top agency owners to better help with education and real-life experiences. As an Agency Development Manager, you will have the ability to either immediately build your own book of business or work directly under a top agent for up to 2 years in our mentorship program. We are also NON-FRANCHISE which means there is no fee required and allows you to really invest your time into building something that you own. In the future with a non-franchise book, you can sell your book or pass it down to family to continue building generational wealth.
