This role requires solid technical expertise in Salesforce development, a keen understanding of business processes, and excellent problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment: Design, implement, and maintain custom solutions using Salesforce's Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other technologies.Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.Testing and Deployment: Conduct rigorous testing and manage deployment processes to ensure stable and reliable solutions.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all development processes, integrations, and configurations.Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Skills and QualificationsTechnical Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies.Experience: Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.Certifications: Salesforce Certified Developer and other relevant certifications are a plus.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
