You will work hand-in-hand with our team to create a warm, supportive, and safe environment where every resident can thrive.The Impact You Will MakeAdminister medication to our residents, accurately recording in the EMAR, monitoring residents for adverse effects, and maintain proper medication storage and safety.Serve as the Lead on the shift and work with CNAs as they provide residents help with activities of daily living (ADLs) always looking for opportunities to coach CNAs to offer choices and encourage them to help residents maintain as much independence and personal control as possible.Adhere to protocols and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of every resident, performing essential duties like proper lifting techniques and universal precautions with care and precision.Your role extends far passing medications! You will lead by example in encouraging participation in enriching activities and programs, and dedicate time for meaningful, one-on-one interactions that brighten a resident’s day.Tune into the subtle cues of our residents—monitoring their mood, food intake, and functional status. Document any changes meticulously and communicate with urgency and clarity to the care team, ensuring their needs are met swiftly.Function as a true team leader, offering support to colleagues when the need arises.
