Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of West Madison is hiring experienced residential service plumbers for our brand new Verona location. We are the punctual plumber, named Forbes' #1 Best Plumbing Company of 2024, and we are building this team from day one. We offer a relocation bonus for the right person, and we will help you get licensed in Wisconsin if you hold a transferable license from another state. What you will do: - Run residential service plumbing calls across the Madison and Verona area - Drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and camera inspections - Repairs, water heaters, fixture installs, and full re-pipes - Diagnose the real problem and present clear options to the homeowner - Build customer relationships that turn a burst pipe into a 5-star review - Keep your van stocked, clean, and ready What you need: - Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license, or a license we can transfer in. Unlicensed candidates with strong residential service experience are welcome to apply. - 3 or more years of residential service plumbing experience - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record - Ability to pass a background check and drug screen - A customer-first attitude and a professional presence in the home Pay and benefits: - $45.00 to $53.00 per hour base, plus commission - Realistic first year earnings of $85,000 to $140,000 or more - Sign-on bonus and relocation bonus for qualified candidates - Performance bonuses - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off - Fully equipped RAM ProMaster service van with gas card - Company iPad and modern dispatch technology - Branded uniforms provided - Ongoing paid training and clear advancement opportunities - Employee discounts Apply today and talk to us this week.
