Lead Accountant

Responsibilities Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve issues and implement process improvements Complete month‑end close activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance Execute SOX internal controls Prepare quarterly SEC reporting schedules Conduct GAAP research and draft accounting position memos Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen financial integrity Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance Solid understanding of GAAP principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel CPA certification or experience with a Big 4 accounting firm (preferred) Experience with Hyperion Financial Management and Blackline software (preferred) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in GAAP principles and financial reporting, with a strong focus on process improvements and compliance.
