Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager on staff management and project planning
- Foster positive and supportive relationships with team members
- Delegate daily tasks and ensure successful completion
- Promptly address issues and concerns to maintain smooth operations
- Supervise staff and manage merchandise effectively
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures
- Lead by example to maintain a fun and enthusiastic work atmosphere
