In this role you will drive revenue, grow the client base, and inspire our team and members to reach their fitness goals. This is an energetic, enthusiastic position in a supportive, inclusive environment. Responsibilities Drive revenue and customer service success. Hire, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team. Generate leads through local outreach initiatives. Lead evening and weekend shifts. Maintain an organized, professional, and efficient working environment. Communicate effectively with staff and members. Qualifications Record of success in driving revenue and customer service. Ability to hire, train, and develop a sales team. Experience generating leads through local outreach. Competitive personality and desire to win. Desire for personal and professional growth. Team‑oriented, outgoing, and organized. Strong communication skills. Schedule Friday‑Tuesday schedule with evenings and weekends required. Compensation Hourly: $20.00 – $22.00.
