SP Plus - - Responsibilities: Ensure highest quality customer service and assist the maintenance team with keeping all common areas by the entrances and exits clean; Assist customers in making payment to fully automated revenue control equipment; Help customers with parking services and facilitate the expedient flow of traffic through the facility; Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction; Assist in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned location
