Enrollment Manager

Leading a team of enrollment specialists, the full-time Manager, Enrollment will oversee provider enrollment processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, ensuring applications are submitted accurately and efficiently in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage and develop a team of 51 enrollment specialists, focusing on government and commercial payer enrollment Conduct root-cause analysis on denied applications and implement process improvements to reduce denial rates Serve as the primary liaison between the Enrollment team and internal stakeholders, providing updates on enrollment status and challenges Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or payer relations, with exposure to both government and commercial payers Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a large operational team, including performance management and team development Experience with credentialing and enrollment databases such as CAQH and PECOS
