- Conduct property tours and answer prospective resident questions
- Handle phone inquiries and demonstrate strong property knowledge
- Manage appointment calendar and scheduling
- Provide a welcoming, professional first impression to all visitors and callers
Qualities We're Looking For
- Welcoming and personable demeanor
- Comfortable conducting property tours
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual ability (any second language) a plus
- Able to climb 3 flights of stairs if no elevator is available
- Leasing or sales experience preferred (no specific years required)
- Honesty about work history is required, including reasons for leaving previous roles
- Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch
