Job Title: Material Handler (3-Month Contract)

Location: Geneva, IL

Pay: $20 / hour

Hours: Monday - Friday; 6AM - 2:30PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Material Handler for a 3-month contract opportunity with an electronics manufacturer that supports the production of advanced assemblies used across multiple high-tech industries, including healthcare (X-ray and MRI systems), alternative energy (solar and power grid technologies), aviation, broadcasting, industrial manufacturing, marine, military, and scientific research applications.

This role is focused on manual material movement and inventory support within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and stage raw materials for the production floor based on work orders
• Supply production teams with required components and materials in a timely manner
• Assist with receiving incoming inventory and verifying shipments
• Organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain accurate inventory flow and support general warehouse organization
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work environment

Important Details

• This is a manual labor-focused role (no equipment operation required)
• No forklift or pallet jack operation involved
• Primarily focused on walking, lifting, sorting, and material handling tasks
• Supports fast-paced production operations
