Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized dialysis care to patients in a hospital setting as a Travel RN. This role requires flexibility, with shifts varying and floating to multiple hospitals in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Administer dialysis treatments to acute care patients according to physician orders.
• Assess patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
• Monitor and document patient responses and vital signs throughout procedures.
• Follow infection control procedures and ensure patient safety standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to hospital policies regarding documentation and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with at least 2 years of dialysis acute care experience.
• Possess current certifications such as BLS and, if required, ACLS.
• Have experience with Navy or Caribbean Blue Scrubs preferred.
• Be willing to float between hospitals within the market.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
• Be able to start on 09/21/2026 and work 4 days per week, with potential overtime.
