Customer Service Administrator

$22-25/hour DOE Location: Tigard, OR Pay: $22-25/hour DOE Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Who We Are: We are partnering with a well established company that has been in business for more than 45 years and has built its reputation around precision, quality, and taking great care of its customers. What You’ll Do: This role is part customer service, part order processing, part accounting support, and entirely important to keeping the day to day operation running smoothly. Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service Enter and process customer orders accurately Handle high volume data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with Accounts Receivable, billing, and invoicing Prepare and process customer quotes Perform quality checks to catch errors before they become problems Maintain organized electronic and physical files Communicate with customers regarding orders, questions, and requests Work closely with internal team members to keep orders moving Provide general administrative support and jump in wherever needed What’s In It for You: $22-25/hour DOE Full time, Monday through Friday schedule Consistent 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM hours Join a stable company that has been around for more than 45 years Smaller, close knit team environment Variety in your day with customer service, order entry, AR, invoicing, and administrative responsibilities Opportunity to become an important part of a team where accuracy and great customer service truly matter What You Need to Have: 1 to 3 years of customer service, administrative, or office support experience Strong Excel skills are a MUST! Excellent data entry skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail Comfortable working with numbers, billing, invoicing, and basic AR functions Confident communicating with customers over the phone Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment Organized, dependable, and able to follow through Self motivated and comfortable working independently Positive, energetic personality and a team first attitude Someone who takes pride in catching the little details before they turn into big problems #J-18808-Ljbffr
