Shelterhouse is seeking a Resident Aide - Seasonal to help maintain a safe, structured shelter environment for residents and staff in Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on operations support, safety, and empathetic resident engagement. The position requires confidentiality, crisis follow-through, and the ability to work weekends and overnight shifts.
