Abatement Supervisor

We are currently seeking an Abatement Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role, and takes pride in their work. In this role, you will be responsible for leading abatement crews on-site, ensuring proper handling and removal asbestos, mold, and lead. You will supervise and assist with labor when needed to ensure projects are completed safely, thoroughly, and efficiently. Candidates must be certified in asbestos and mold removal or willing to obtain the required certifications. A clean driving record is necessary, as the position involves operating a company vehicle. Typical work hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm, with occasional weekend. Compensation is based on skill level and experience, and the position includes a full benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a crew of abatement technicians on job sites. Perform and assist in the demolition and abatement of hazardous materials, including asbestos, lead, and mold, in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Ensure the use of proper containment, tools, and PPE throughout each project. Conduct safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols at all times. Maintain accurate project records, including daily job logs, time sheets, and incident reports. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and inspectors to ensure timely and successful project completion. Train and mentor crew members in best practices and compliance standards.
