As a Mental Health Specialist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive screenings and assessments to develop accurate diagnoses according to program standards.

• Creating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring each plan is measurable, actionable, and tailored to the client’s unique needs.

• Providing crisis intervention and case management, employing a strength-based, solution-focused model of care to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Demonstrating expertise in psychotherapeutic interventions and being familiar with various modalities to address a range of behavioral health concerns.

• Managing clinical emergencies by executing program-specific safety protocols to protect both clients and staff.

• Building strong rapport with clients, facilitating open communication with both clients and their families, as well as with other healthcare providers.

Your work will primarily focus on low-acuity adults experiencing various mental health challenges. You will help clients navigate their struggles and empower them to enhance their emotional well-being and life satisfaction. The ideal candidate for the Mental Health Specialist position will possess:

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
