Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy, catering to a broad range of clients from various age groups and backgrounds.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation, ensuring that all client notes and record-keeping activities are completed promptly.

• Manage your calendar by scheduling and confirming ongoing appointments with clients to maintain a consistent therapeutic relationship.

• Utilize our billing service effectively, which handles claims, client financial accounts, eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on client care.
\n
• Demonstrate versatility in managing a variety of clinical presentations, applying evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, comprising individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. As an LCSW at Empire City, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more, providing therapeutic strategies tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an independent practice license (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to maintain excellent therapeutic boundaries.

• Strong cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle a full caseload efficiently.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and self-improvement as a therapist.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with couples and providing relationship therapy will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000, depending on experience, along with the potential for a sign-on bonus.
