Serving as the fusion point for multi‑source insights from neurology field forces, Business Operations & Commercial Excellence (BOCE), market research, and marketing, this role ensures that subnational strategies are grounded in real‑world intelligence and tailored to the unique competitive, clinical, and access landscapes of distinct geographies. Responsibilities Subnational Insights Fusion & Synthesis Serve as the central fusion point for multi‑source insights, integrating intelligence from neurology TLLs, field sales teams, BOCE analytics, market research, and brand marketing into a cohesive subnational market picture. Design and maintain structured processes for capturing, cataloging, and synthesizing field‑based intelligence from TLL interactions with thought leaders, academic institutions, and regional treatment centers. Partner with BOCE to leverage prescriber analytics, patient flow data, claims analyses, and competitive intelligence to identify subnational market trends, growth opportunities, and emerging threats. Collaborate with market research to ensure primary and secondary research programs incorporate subnational hypotheses and generate regionally actionable outputs. Develop and distribute recurring Subnational Insights Reports that highlight regional market dynamics, competitive shifts, access landscape changes, and thought leader sentiment across key geographies. Coordinate alignment and allocation of Prioritized Intelligence Questions to insights sources. Identify patterns and emerging signals across data sources that may not be visible within any single function. Localization of Data & Materials Lead the strategic localization of national brand materials, data presentations, and tactical resources to reflect regional market dynamics, competitive environments, and stakeholder priorities. Partner with brand marketing to develop regionally tailored content including localized data narratives, market‑specific talking points, and customized engagement materials that TLLs and field teams can deploy in their geographies. Translate national clinical data and real‑world evidence into subnational storylines that address regionally specific treatment patterns, formulary considerations, and competitive positioning challenges. Identify and coordinate development of regionalized Real World Evidence (RWE) tailored to regional archetypes. Ensure localized materials maintain scientific accuracy, brand consistency, and full regulatory and legal compliance while achieving meaningful regional differentiation. Continuously assess the effectiveness of localized materials through field feedback loops and performance analytics, iterating to improve relevance and impact. Subnational Tactical Planning & Execution Develop and maintain a subnational tactical framework that translates national brand strategy into regionally specific action plans aligned with local market opportunities and competitive dynamics. Partner with TLLs and sales leadership to identify high‑priority geographies and stakeholder segments where tailored tactics can accelerate brand performance and deepen thought leader engagement. Collaborate with the Rare Neurology Congress Lead to integrate subnational insights into congress planning, ensuring regional intelligence informs event strategy, attendee prioritization, and on‑site engagement tactics. Design and coordinate subnational initiatives such as regional advisory boards, local speaker programs, and targeted educational engagements that address geography‑specific knowledge gaps and treatment barriers with brand marketing teams. Establish and track subnational KPIs and performance metrics that measure the impact of localized tactics on thought leader engagement, prescriber behavior, and commercial outcomes in partnership with TLL Directors. Lead quarterly subnational planning reviews that bring together TLLs, sales leadership, and marketing to assess performance, recalibrate tactics, and identify emerging regional opportunities. Compliance & Integrity Work with the highest degree of professionalism and in accordance with the company's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. Ensure all subnational tactics, localized materials, and insights‑related activities comply with applicable healthcare regulations, industry codes, and company policies. Maintain appropriate documentation of insights sources, data handling processes, and material review approvals. Qualifications 5+ years of work experience in bio/pharma, with demonstrated expertise in commercial insights, analytics, field strategy, or marketing operations. Experience in a combination of commercial analytics, market research, field‑based roles (sales, MSL, TLL), brand marketing, or commercial operations. Travel requirements: willing to travel approximately 20–30% of the time, including overnight travel to attend field visits, regional meetings, and key congresses. Preferred Qualifications Minimum bachelor's or graduate degree (MBA, MSc, MPH, or related field). Minimum 3 years of experience in neurology or rare disease therapeutic areas. Background working with field‑based teams (TLLs, MSLs, or sales) in support, strategy, or insights capacity. Experience with advanced analytics methodologies, including segmentation, predictive modeling, or geospatial analysis. Familiarity with thought leader engagement strategies and KOL mapping/tiering frameworks. Demonstrated success building insights infrastructure or processes from the ground up in emerging or evolving commercial organizations. Strong storytelling skills with ability to make data compelling and accessible to diverse audiences. Experience with pharmaceutical market access dynamics and regional payer landscapes. Self‑driven with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments where role definition evolves.
