Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented UAT & Operations Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Pomona, CA within the energy and utilities industry. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with experience in project coordination, business analysis, operations support, testing support, meeting logistics, and executive-level documentation.

The UAT & Operations Coordinator will support User Acceptance Testing activities, coordinate complex schedules, manage meeting and facility logistics, track defects and attendance, and help ensure project documentation meets quality standards. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with exposure to technical teams, vendors, project leaders, and senior leadership.

This role offers the chance to contribute to high-visibility initiatives, support structured project execution, and build experience in a fast-paced corporate operations environment. Key Responsibilities

- Provide scheduling, facility, and logistical support for User Acceptance Testing cycles, including defect logging and documentation validation.
- Coordinate complex calendars and schedules across multiple teams using advanced Microsoft Outlook capabilities.
- Manage meeting, workshop, and event logistics, including room reservations, AV and Wi-Fi setup, food and beverage orders, supplies, and attendee support.
- Develop, update, and maintain project documentation, procedures, status reports, executive summaries, and process materials.
- Track participant attendance, defect inventories, budget spending for meeting logistics, and project statistics.
- Collaborate with technical experts, vendor contacts, project teams, and senior leadership to support project deliverables and initiative implementation.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $30 to $35 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Work Style: Hybrid: Onsite every Th, 1 week a month and as needed. Travel to other sites as needed.
- Location: Pomona, CA.
