Deliver Advanced Clinical & Emergency Care: Perform full Respiratory Therapist duties following age-specific guidelines, while providing rapid initial response in emergency situations. Train & Mentor Staff: Serve as a technical and functional resource, leading the orientation, hands-on training, and skill development of assigned team members. Support Team Performance & Compliance: Provide valuable input for staff performance evaluations while consistently maintaining required annual mandatory competencies. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted. Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained priorto hire date or job transfer date. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
