Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Role Overview: The RN provides direct patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritize patient wellness, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, precept new staff, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, minimum 6 months ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship, and current ACLS and BLS certifications. Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical judgment, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, commitment to evidence-based practice, and ability to model proficiency through mentorship.
