In this position, you'll be working with a company that manufactures high-speed packaging equipment and is considered a global leader in the industry. This role will focus on setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines (3, 4, & 5-axis) to produce precision components used in advanced packaging systems.
This is a Direct Hire role that must be worked on-site.
Job Responsibilities:

In this position, you'll be working with a company that manufactures high-speed packaging equipment and is considered a global leader in the industry. This role will focus on setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines (3, 4, & 5-axis) to produce precision components used in advanced packaging systems.
This is a Direct Hire role that must be worked on-site.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC milling machines
- Select and install appropriate tooling for each job
- Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and precision
- Perform routine maintenance and tool changes
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- 3+ years of CNC Machining experience
- 3+ years of CNC programming experience (Heidenhain controls preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of machine setup, tooling, and maintenance
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
