Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, with Marketing Cloud as the primary focus and Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as secondary areas.

Ensure Salesforce solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

Drive adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein AI, Agentforce, Predictive Analytics, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation.

Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies, AI innovations, and industry trends.

Recommend continuous Salesforce platform improvements based on emerging technologies and business needs.

Define enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices.

Ensure data governance, security, compliance, and data quality across Salesforce platforms and integrated systems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and solution designs.

Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions involving custom development, APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, administration, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Define the overall system landscape and identify gaps between current and desired states.

Develop CRM solution strategies aligned with enterprise business objectives.
