RN Inpatient (Straight Nights, Straight Weekends) - Med/Surg Unit

Job Overview Work Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts (United States of America). Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36. Compensation: Salary Range: $35.00 - $48.00. Sign‑on bonus up to $40,000 possible. Union Position: No. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Collaborate with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge, using age and population specific standards as designated in the clinical setting. Provide care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up across the continuum of care. Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions. Operate within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA) required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
