The Role The Head of Commercial Growth will lead Kohif's commercial strategy across sales, marketing, partnerships, and business development. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an entrepreneurial commercial executive who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and knows how to turn market opportunity into measurable revenue. Key Responsibilities Lead commercial and go-to-market strategy Drive B2B sales and revenue growth Build and manage a high-quality opportunity pipeline Develop relationships with healthcare executives, practice owners, clinicians, and strategic partners Lead growth marketing and commercial positioning Develop channel and distribution partnerships Establish scalable sales processes and performance metrics Identify new market and expansion opportunities Represent Kohif at selected industry events and commercial engagements Build and lead the commercial organization as the company grows Who We're Looking For We are looking for a proven commercial builder with a strong record of execution. The ideal candidate brings: Demonstrated success generating B2B revenue Strong sales, marketing, or business-development leadership Experience developing and closing strategic relationships Ability to build pipeline and convert opportunities into customers Strong executive communication and negotiation skills Exceptional follow-through and commercial discipline Entrepreneurial judgment and comfort operating with significant ownership Ability to translate sophisticated solutions into clear customer value Healthcare, health-tech, life-sciences, or medical-practice experience is highly valued, but exceptional commercial performance and leadership are most important.
