What You'll Do as a Shift SupervisorAs a Shift Supervisor at Lake Street, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while fostering a positive and productive atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily activities and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Supporting and guiding team members to meet performance goals.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Addressing any issues that arise during your shift and resolving them promptly.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Assisting with scheduling and ensuring proper shift coverage.
