Responsibilities Assists Foreman with leading a high‑performance team serving customers in a local market/area Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site Assesses conditions of the job once on‑site; sets forth plans based on time allotment, tools needed, and order of work – assigns duties to your crew for work to be performed Installs products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals Innovates and troubleshoots situations as needed based on requirements to complete the job to meet company standards and timetables Provides customers with superior quality and service while on‑site performing work Ensures all final documentation is done completely/accurately and given to the proper parties Safely, correctly, and efficiently loads and unloads materials, tools, and equipment, and cleans truck Safely, correctly, and efficiently performs installation duties according to instructions, methods, standards and timetables provided by the Foreman and Company Drives company vehicles in a safe manner and meets all requirements to operate a company vehicle Assists in planning, scheduling, and coordinating work, accounting for labor hours and productivity Assists in supervising, leading and mentoring a crew of two or more people; leads crew in absence of Foreman Communicates with customer before, during and after completion of job, addressing any changes in the job prior to implementing changes Completes necessary paperwork, check‑in and check‑out procedures, as needed Has knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use and care of equipment Can lift heavy objects up to 22kg, walks and stands for long periods of time Performs strenuous labor often under adverse conditions Fosters a positive team environment by building strong relationships and inspiring mutual trust, professionalism, integrity, and respect Adheres to and promotes Company workplace policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, the policies related to safety and against bullying, harassment, violence or discrimination in the workplace Upholds the Company’s positive image and reputation in the community Regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day Performs other duties as necessary or assigned Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player Experience leading crews or small teams required Previous experience working in the construction or home services industry and/or trade work or general labor required Basic construction or mechanical knowledge Must have a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas Working Conditions The position lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50lbs., walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively lifts and carries heavy loads The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi‑limb coordination It also requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs The employee must have excellent stamina Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens is required The employee must have excellent stamina Compensation Competitive hourly pay + bonus paid per job ($50k‑75k/yr avg) What We Provide Competitive Pay Company Ownership Opportunities Industry Leading Training Programs Leadership Development and Career Growth Tracks Comprehensive and Affordable Benefits Package Top Workplace with AwardWinning Culture We take pride in our exceptional growth—because it means that we’ve built our company and solutions on a rock‑solid foundation.
