Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and sales initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers. Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving skills.
