Gain valuable experience in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.Job DescriptionPrincipal Investigator – Psychiatrist OverviewThe Principal Investigator – Psychiatrist oversees clinical trial activities ensuring compliance with ICH/FDA/GCP guidelines and study protocols.Provide medical oversight to ensure participant safety and ethical execution of clinical trials.Collaborate with local and central teams to enhance site efficiency and regulatory compliance.Evaluate participants to ensure eligibility and successful enrollment in clinical trials.Engage in protocol training and contribute to the retention of study participants.Interact positively with sponsors, clients, and team members to foster collaboration.Maintain detailed and accurate records adhering to protocol guidelines and GCP standards.Participate in Investigator Meetings and continuing education activities to stay updated.Perform additional duties as required to meet study and participant needs.Principal Investigator – Psychiatrist Key Responsibilities & DutiesEnsure participant safety and ethical conduct of clinical trials following regulatory guidelines.Lead site operations focusing on efficiency, compliance, and patient care quality.Evaluate participant eligibility and oversee enrollment processes.Collaborate with teams to ensure successful delivery and retention of study participants.Provide protocol training and guidance to staff members.Maintain accurate data and participant information adhering to guidelines.Participate in Investigator Meetings and stay informed about industry developments.Handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally, ensuring HIPAA compliance.Adapt to workload changes and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Principal Investigator – Psychiatrist Job RequirementsDoctor of Medicine (MD) degree with active physician license in the practice state.Minimum of 2 years of experience, with 4 years preferred in clinical settings.Board certification in Psychiatry and direct patient-facing experience required.Proficiency in MS Office, electronic health records, and web applications.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to type proficiently.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to workload changes, and prioritize effectively.CPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred.Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
