Das erwartet Dich
- Du setzt Video-Content für Social Media Kampagnen um – vom Dreh bis zum finalen Schnitt.
- Du filmst eigenständig, bringst ein gutes Auge für Dynamik, Licht und Timing mit und denkst in Content – nicht in klassischen Filmformaten.
- Du schneidest, vertonst und animierst deine Inhalte – mit Gespür für Plattformlogik, Trends und Storytelling .
- Du berätst unsere Kreativen bei der Ideenentwicklung, wenn es um Machbarkeit, Stil und Umsetzung geht – und setzt anschließend die finalen Konzepte eigenständig um.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Konzept, Design, Performance und dem Kunden zusammen und sorgst für eine schnelle, qualitativ starke Umsetzung.
- Du nutzt AI-Tools gezielt, um Workflows zu optimieren oder kreative Möglichkeiten zu erweitern – z. B. für Schnitt, Ton oder visuelle Effekte.
Das bringst Du mit
- 2–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media Content Creation, User Generated Content oder Motion Design – idealerweise im Agenturumfeld oder in einem Social-first-Team.
- Erfahrung im Videodreh (z. B. mit Smartphone, DSLM oder kleinem Setup) und sicherer Umgang mit den Adobe Schnittprogrammen Premiere und After Effects .
- Du arbeitest schnell, strukturiert und qualitativ stark – ohne Perfektionismus, aber mit Gefühl für Ästhetik und Wirkung.
- Du kennst dich mit Trends und Plattformmechaniken aus und kannst sie in deine Umsetzungen einbauen.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Qualität, Timings und Effizienz in der Produktion.
- Offenheit für neue Technologien und AI – du nutzt Tools nicht als Gimmick, sondern als smarte Unterstützung und hast bereits erste Erfahrung mit AI in der Videoproduktion gesammelt.
- Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist und Lust auf kreative Kollaboration in interdisziplinären Teams.
- Remote Work ist möglich – für Shootings vor Ort (z. B. in Karlsruhe oder Stuttgart) solltest du aber flexibel und reisebereit sein.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse , Englisch von Vorteil.
