Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Help Students Find Their Voice Are you passionate about helping students build communication skills that support success both inside and outside the classroom?
LETS Therapy is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in in-person, school-based positions with one of our valued Pennsylvania school partners. Whether you're looking for a full-time caseload or a flexible part-time schedule, we'd love to connect with you.
You'll become part of a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, work-life balance, and making a meaningful difference in students' lives.
What You'll Do
- Provide speech-language therapy services to school-aged students
- Conduct speech and language assessments as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Pennsylvania school clearances (e.g., Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, and others)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
