Join us!Responsibilities:Build production-quality, custom predictive models to enhance and expand our core productCollaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver findings to clients quickly & reliablyInvestigate new data sources, perform statistical analyses, and document findingsWork with engineering and data vendors to improve the accuracy of our data sources Requirements:Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline3 – 8+ years of full-time data science experience, including applied techniques in modern data science and machine learning in production environmentsExpert knowledge of Python & SQLCollaborative, team-focused attitude with a strong desire to advance the product and learn new thingsThe ability to communicate technical ideas to a non-technical audienceSelf-starter with experience turning ideas into actionable designsExcellent written and verbal communicationEligible to work within the United StatesAbout WindfallWindfall is a people intelligence and AI company that gives go-to-market teams actionable insights.
