Hiring: Medical Oncology Physician (Outpatient/Infusion) – New Ulm, MN
Start this role on or around 09/14/2026 and join a community-based oncology practice with strong clinical support. What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient medical oncology care with an infusion & clinic workflow
• Manage new patient consults , diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing treatment oversight
• Conduct follow-up and ongoing disease management for active treatment and surveillance patients
• Coordinate with infusion staff to support treatment approvals and respond to urgent patient needs
• Partner with an oncology team with RN/LPN support , plus APP support added soon
• Deliver care across a full continuum including palliative care and telehealth as needed
• Ensure charting is completed within 24 hours as expected

What You Need
Required

• Active MN License or IMLC (required for quick start)
• Medical Oncology clinical experience to support outpatient infusion and oncology practice needs (years not specified)

Preferred

• Experience working in an outpatient oncology / infusion clinic environment
• Comfortable coordinating care with oncology nursing support and multidisciplinary services

About the Assignment
This assignment supports a community-based oncology practice in New Ulm, MN , providing outpatient medical oncology services with on-site infusion, imaging, laboratory services, and multidisciplinary support . You will work within a clinic-attached infusion model and collaborate with oncology nursing support (LPN and RN) plus additional team resources as the service expands.
