Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Projected Start: September 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and analysis
• Assist with intubation procedures and airway management
• Administer nebulizer treatments, IPPB, MetaNeb, and CPT therapies
• Provide respiratory care across ICU, NICU, and ED patient populations covering all age ranges
• Operate and monitor mechanical ventilation equipment
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient and family-centered care in compliance with unit policies

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum 2+ years of hospital-based respiratory therapy experience
• NICU experience required
• ICU and ED experience required
• Demonstrated ability to draw and analyze ABGs
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience operating Servo I ventilator
• Experience using i-STAT point-of-care testing device
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation system
