Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets * Maintain accurate financial records and perform monthly reconciliations * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes * Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with tax regulations * Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks * Assist with financial audits and reviews, collaborating with external auditors as required * Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance * Provide support and guidance to other departments on financial matters * Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA) preferred * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance * Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills * Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Effective communication and interpersonal skills
