Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Manage and assess general medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Participate in patient assessments and develop care plans
• Provide proficient stroke assessments
• Float to ED hold, ICU/PCU, and other locations as required

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active NH or Compact RN license
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• NHISS certification prior to start
• Minimum of 3 years Telemetry experience
• Experience with TR band, post cath, or cardiac procedures
• Pass advanced Dysrhythmia Exam with 80% or above
