Entry Level Sales Representative

RSG is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing  Nashville team as an  Entry Level Sales Representative . No previous sales experience is required — we provide hands-on paid training designed to give you the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

In this role, you’ll work directly with business customers, represent our client’s products and services, and build strong customer relationships through face-to-face sales.

Compensation

• Paid training provided
• Full commission compensation following training
• Uncapped earning potential
• Representatives earn an average of $800–$1,200 per week
• Performance-based incentives and advancement opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Meet face-to-face with business customers throughout the Nashville area
• Present products and services based on customer needs
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Learn and apply effective sales and communication techniques
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training
