Dietary Aide - Part Time

Description Hazel Findlay is looking a Dietary Aide to join our Work Family. Experience preferred but not required. This position is:
- Per Diem - up to 20 hours per week
- Some weekends and holidays required

- Serve meals to residents and guests in dining rooms
- Prepare menu items utilizing recipes, and production sheets.
- Supervise meal service and ensure proper amounts of food are distributed.
- Obtain, monitor and record temperatures of hot and cold foods.
- Prepare accurate meal trays for satellite dining areas.
- Record food usage.
- Wash dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and utensils using approved methods.
- Assist in ordering stock; ensure all food is stored properly.
- ServSafe certification or obtain within 3 months of hire
- Six (6) months or more food preparation experience in fast-paced setting preferred.
- Able to read, write, and spell in English and do basic math.
- Honest, dependable, pleasant, able to accept constructive criticism.
