The Concierge/Receptionist at HumanGood community is the welcoming face of our senior living environment, creating a warm, safe, and organized experience for residents, families, and visitors. You will manage the front desk, answer and route calls, greet and direct guests, and support resident needs with compassion and professionalism. Responsibilities include maintaining visitor logs, coordinating deliveries and transportation requests, handling basic inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks. You’ll collaborate with care, hospitality, and operations teams, contributing to a mission-driven community that enriches the lives of older adults every day.
