Responsible for developing, organizing, collecting, coordinating, preparing and presenting results of quality improvement- HEDIS studies and projects activities to monitor, evaluate and continuously improve the quality of healthcare services provided to members. Qualifications Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Compensation: $33-$38, salary based on experience Qualifications: MS applications knowledge (spreadsheets) Active CA RN license 3+ years clinical experience 2+ years’ experience with NCQA, HEDIS or QA/QI BA in Public Health or related field Medical Record Retrieval and Review Comfortable with Member Outreach Professional writing and verbal abilities as summaries and presentations of findings to medical director are required.
