Who We're Looking For We're looking for a Graphic Designer who is excited by the opportunity to help shape a category-defining brand. You’ll thrive here if you have exceptional taste, care deeply about details, and enjoy moving between creative problem solving and hands‑on execution. This role is for someone who wants to contribute across a wide range of brand touchpoints while helping build a visual identity that feels distinctly Arc. This is a full‑time, on‑site role at our Los Angeles headquarters. You’ll report to the Senior Creative Manager and work closely with a lean, highly collaborative team where everyone's work has visible impact. What You’ll Do Design across a wide range of brand touchpoints including social media, web, email, events, presentations, advertising, and print collateral. Support the development and evolution of Arc’s visual identity across digital and physical experiences. Translate creative briefs into thoughtful, on‑brand design solutions that communicate with clarity and purpose. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and experience teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life. Prepare production‑ready files and work with vendors to ensure quality execution. Organize and maintain creative assets, templates, and design systems that scale across the organization. Contribute to creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and campaign development. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of graphic design experience at a consumer brand, startup, agency, or creative studio. Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital, social, web, print, and brand applications. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand systems. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of craft. Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities. Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback. Bonus Qualifications Experience working with premium consumer, technology, automotive, outdoor, or lifestyle brands. Motion design, animation, or video editing experience. Digital production, photo retouching, or on‑set experience. Experience supporting experiential marketing and events. Passion for design that evokes emotion and drives action. Enthusiasm for boating, watersports, the outdoors, or emerging technology.
